The working principle of the engraving machine

Engraving machine is a kind of machine which is controlled by computer and utilizes high speed rotating tool for cutting. It is mainly composed of control system, mechanical structure, cutting tools and drive system and other parts.

1.Control system

The control system is the core part of the engraving machine, which includes computer, numerical control system, programming software and so on. The operator can design and program on the computer, import the required engraving pattern into the numerical control system, and transfer and control the instruction through the controller, so that the machine cuts according to the predetermined path.

2. Mechanical structure

Mechanical structure is the main part of the engraving machine, which includes the body, table, guide rail, drive system and so on. The body is the support structure of the engraving machine, the worktable is the platform for installing the workpiece and cutting tools, and the guide rail and drive system is the key to control the movement of the cutting tools.

3. Cutting tool

Cutting tool is the core part of the engraving machine, which includes cutting tools and tool fixtures. Cutting tool is the main tool of the engraving machine for cutting, it is according to the different requirements of processing materials and engraving effect, divided into carbide tools, high-speed steel tools and other different types.

4.Drive system

Drive system is an important part of the engraving machine, it through the motor, reducer, coupling transmission and control. Drive system can make the cutting tool in accordance with the predetermined path of high-speed rotation and movement, to complete a variety of complex carving and cutting work.
