Workflow of plasma cutting machine

Use AUTOCAD drawing or use the existing Solidworks file directly converted to DXF format;

DXF format or DWG format parts drawing imported into FastCAM software for nesting, conversion, output CNC NC programme (generally G code, there are also EESI format code), in order to facilitate the call and management of the programme, the name of the programme will be saved as the drawing number of the part or other names;

Copy the converted NC program, i.e. NC program, into the control cabinet of the machine tool with a USB stick.

Set the process parameters according to the material and thickness of the selected programme;

Adjust the position of the cutter gun on the plate and start the programme for cutting;

End the cutting, discharging the material and clearing the slag.
