Cause analysis of fiber laser cutting machine failure to produce light?

Fiber laser cutting machine has obvious advantages over traditional flame cutting machine, plasma cutting machine and NC punch due to its fast cutting speed and good cutting quality. 

In the process of using the laser cutting machine, many friends in the same industry find that the cutting head may not emit light after a long time. In case of such failure, the power supply of the laser cutting machine shall be turned off in time and the equipment shall be checked step by step.

1. First check whether the laser power input is normal. If there is still no laser, it may be a power failure.

2. Check whether the water tank circulates normally, and check whether the light output signal, protection signal and control signal of the chiller are normal.

3. There is abnormal noise in the laser power supply. Generally, the power connector is in poor contact. The treatment method is to re weld firmly and clean the dust in the power supply.

4. Check whether the indicator light on the control panel is normal, check whether the equipment power is adjusted correctly and whether the parameters of the computer control system are set correctly.

5. Check whether the light output of the laser tube is normal and whether the laser transmission optical path is short circuited.
