The power of UV laser marking machine is 3W, 5W, 10W, 15W, etc. the higher the power, the higher the price. 3w-5w is widely used in industry at present, especially their price is moderate and can meet most of the processing and marking requirements. However, the price of 10w-15w is too expensive, which is mainly used in cutting and drilling with high precision.
Look at the size of the processed workpiece
After knowing the marking materials, select the corresponding marking machine type, and then select the appropriate machine format according to the product size to be processed. For the selection of the size of the laser marking machine, the larger the machine size, the better. On the one hand, large format equipment is certainly more expensive. On the other hand, the average laser output of some poor quality machinery and equipment at various points on the large format is unstable, resulting in different depths of marking products on the same table.
