Metal parts with different requirements have different manufacturing methods.
In mass production of metal parts, such as stamping, casting, forging, sintering and other methods, molds are generally used. Different types of molds are used for different parts.
The manufacturing process and methods of various molds are obviously different. To sum up, no matter which kind of mold can be divided into four stages
1. Mold design.
2. Mold parts processing and assembly.
3. Mold commissioning.
4. Mold use and maintenance.
Different mold types and enterprises have different emphases and different resource allocation in the above four stages.

Some enterprises may have more sample delivery times according to different products
4. Mold use and maintenance
The quality of use and maintenance directly affects the quality of products and the service life of molds. Good molds cannot produce good products if they are not used well. The general mold, with good use and maintenance, can effectively make up for the defects of the mold, produce products that meet the requirements and prolong the service life.
