Metal Milling and Industrial Engraving

CNC metal engraving machines use a variety of different sizes and shapes of "engraving tools" and cutting tools to remove material.

CNC is used to cut metal shapes (e.g. control panels) or mill 3D forms (e.g. to make hot stamps, mold inserts or soft metal work). This technique allows for deep engraving of text, numbers or logos on the workpiece, either for marking (direct part marking) or personalization.

This marking process provides excellent contrast-free results for cutting or milling, and even our small engraving machines can do the job on soft metals such as aluminum or brass.
