How to install and use NcStudio for CNC engraving machines

For safe operation and running, please ensure that the CNC engraving machine is properly grounded.

1. Grounding of the CNC machine tool chassis.

 2. Grounding of the variable frequency drive control cabinet.

CNC engraving machine wiring overview:

The rear end of the CNC engraving machine control cabinet is connected to X, Y (2 ports), Z, the variable frequency drive, limit switches, and an external power supply (AC 220V). These are connected to the signal lines on the front panel, with the other ends of the signal lines connected to the control panel interface on the computer.

After completing the wiring of the engraving machine, we proceed to install the control software for the engraving machine. (The engraving machine graphic design software ARTCUT is detailed in the software documentation; further details are omitted here.)

After installing the software, insert the PCI control card into the computer's PCI slot.

Insert the control software into the CD-ROM and run the SETUP.EXE file to complete the installation.

Press NEXT until the installation is complete, then shut down the computer, insert the PCI control card into the PCI slot of the computer, restart the computer, and the computer will automatically install the driver.
