1 Q：I got the Artcam software to work. I actually use another design program Fusion 360 or sketchup.
A：Ok, For the Artcam software sent to you, because some customers don`t have drawing software themselves, we give it for free.If you have drawing software, you can also use it, as long as the drawing software can generate G code.
2 Q：I cannot find any instruction on how get my PC to interface with the CNC.
A：This machine uses DSP handle control system, it operate is offline, so it can`t be connected to computer.
3 Q：What is the correct procedure to get my files to operate on the CNC?
A：After you finish the drawing in the drawing software, generate G code, export it to the U disk,
then insert the U disk into the handle, find and open the file in the handle to operate the machine.
4 Q：How many positioning stops？
A：There are three locating stops, they are Omron limit switchs.
5 Q：Your 2-bag dust collector has a power of 3kw, but what is its air flow, or suction?
A：The air volume of 3.0kw dust collector is 8500m3 / h.
