FEATURE
Bed is welded with thick steel pipes. Anneal the bed to eliminate excess hard pressure, improve the ductility of the bed, and ensure stability during the cutting process.
Aviation aluminum is manufactured using aerospace standards and is extruded using a 4,300-ton press.
After aging treatment, the hardness can reach T6, which is the strongest of all beams. Aviation aluminum has the characteristics of good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and low density, which can greatly increase the processing speed.
The product has a built-in motor drive unit, and the focus lens driven by a linear mechanism automatically changes its position within a 17mm range. The user can continuously adjust the focus through the program, complete the rapid perforation of thick plates, and automatically cut plates of different thicknesses and materials. The product is equipped with D28 compound lens unit, integrated beam, optimized optical and water cooling design, so that the laser head can work continuously for a long time.
