3.During the warranty period, when the equipment failure occurs due to the quality of the equipment supplied 

by the seller, the seller will respond within 12 hours after receiving the buyer's notice, and free online troubleshooting, guidance repair orreplacement of parts.

4.After the warranty expires, the equipment enters the paid service period, and the manufacturer only charges the cost and transportation costs.
